Harbour Centre has three ‘Meet-Me-Rooms’ (MMRs) centrally located
within the building, facilitating access to both high- and low-rise risers.
An MMR allows tenants to interconnect within the room and throughout the building,
providing a cost effective means to expand a network .

Vacouver’s tallest building, Harbour Centre roof top access provides
360 degree unobstructed signal capacity. Roof top access is available to tenants
at highly competitive prices.

Harbour Centre provides basic office power and can accommodate tenants should
their needs go beyond basic office requirements.

Primary source: Dual Radial 13.8 kV feeders from BC Hydro
Redundancy: One standby 13.8 kV feeder from BC Hydro

A diesel-based back-up power system is available. Many tenants connect to the building back-up system to ensure that mission-critical office and computing services will not be disrupted

Climate
Control
Reliable air conditioning ensures consistent temperatures for sensitive technologies.
The chilled loop system is Harbour Centre’s solution to climate control.
Since most air conditioning systems depend on the main public water supply,
they are unable to maintain a constant temperature during periods of high use.
By building its own private system, Harbour Centre limits the maximum number
of users, which reduces stress on the system and ensures a steadier temperature
control.

Asset Protection
Security
Harbour Centre’s on-site security personnel and state of the art CCTV camera system provide continuous monitoring 24/7. After hours access to Harbour Centre is controlled by the building’s secure card access system.

Harbour Centre offers tenants with the capacity to connect with the building’s sophisticated fire, life and safety systems. Harbour centre can also accommodate your FM200 Energen systems as well as pre-action sprinklers.
